This draft changed nothing on your calendar.
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 5 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 01
On Sunday evening, draft my plan for the week.
- 02
Pull my goals and open threads, my calendar, the status of key projects, and what's still outstanding from last week.
- 03
Lead with the three to five things that matter most this week, then who is working on what, the threads I need to push, calendar notes, and the projects to move.
- 04
Roll forward anything I didn't finish.
- 05
Keep it a draft I can shape, not a report.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Move the delivery time to Monday at 7:00 AM.
- Include open issues from Linear assigned directly to me.
- Focus only on wholesale deals and hiring updates in the project section.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Runs every Sunday at 17:00 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Drafts the plan for you to review and shape. Changes nothing on your calendar. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your tasks, code, files when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set this up?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, find Week-ahead plan in the job library, and choose Add. If your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account is not linked yet, the card prompts you to connect it first. It starts on the suggested schedule of every Sunday at 5:00 PM, which you can edit when adding it.
- What does it do on its own versus what waits for me?
- It reads your calendar, active documents, and connected task trackers to draft a weekly plan for you. It never edits calendar entries, posts announcements, or sends messages to your team, leaving all decisions to you.
- Where do results arrive?
- Your draft arrives as a message in your conversation with your assistant, and can also be emailed to you. When there are no priorities or events to flag, it lets you know briefly or stays quiet.
- What systems can it pull project and task updates from?
- It checks connected task tools like Linear, Notion, Todoist, monday.com, or Trello, alongside GitHub repositories and your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 documents. You can also ask your assistant in chat to generate a fresh draft on demand at any time.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
