Details and context
- Hale Morrow (Larchmont Ventures): In your September 11 board check-in, you promised to send the revised September cash forecast before Wednesday. No outbound message with the file was found in your sent mail.
- Noor Hale (Driftline Supply Co): You emailed Noor on September 15 promising product specs and fabric details for Alder Wool Throw and Cascade Merino Crew. Cal Brook's deal is at proposal stage, and no follow-up was sent yesterday.
- Lena Vale: During the buying review on September 14, you agreed to review the Portland fulfillment checklist by Monday afternoon.
No drafts have been created and no messages were sent.
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 01
Each week, find the commitments I made and haven't kept.
- 02
Read my sent email for written promises ("I'll send…", "I'll introduce you…", "I'll get back to you…") and my meeting notes and transcripts for spoken ones, which are the ones I'm likeliest to forget.
- 03
Check my sent mail and calendar for evidence each one is done, and drop those that are.
- 04
List what's still open: who I owe, what I promised, and when I said it, ranked by who it's owed to and how overdue it is.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Only track commitments made to people outside Harbor & Pine.
- Send this summary on Monday morning at 8:00 AM instead of Friday afternoon.
- Include commitments made during one on one meetings with Lena Vale.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Runs every Friday at 15:00 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Tracks open promises and reports them weekly. Changes nothing and sends no messages. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your meeting notes when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set this up?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, find Open commitments in the job library, and select Add. If Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is not connected yet, the card prompts you to connect it first. It starts running every Friday at 3:00 PM, which you can change when you add it.
- What does it do on its own, and what waits for me?
- The automation searches your sent email, calendar, and meeting tools to spot open promises and list them each week. It never emails anyone, posts messages, or updates your schedule, so following up remains entirely up to you.
- Where do I receive the weekly report?
- Updates arrive as a message in your chat conversation with your assistant and can also be sent by email. If there are no open promises to review, it sends a brief note or stays quiet.
- How does it determine when a promise is fulfilled?
- It checks your sent mail and calendar for proof that you completed the task, such as an email containing the promised details or a scheduled meeting. If it finds clear proof, it drops that item from your weekly report.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
