Target account news
Output
Cal, here is this week's account news for your open wholesale pipeline in HubSpot, covering September 7 through September 14, 2026.
Two target accounts have relevant updates to support your outreach for Harbor & Pine.
Driftline Supply Co
- Contact: Noor Hale
- Deal: $18,400, proposal sent
- Development: Regional retail press reported on September 10 that Driftline Supply Co plans an expansion into two coastal locations before the holidays.
- Why it matters: They will need larger opening inventory orders and seasonal gift assortments across apparel and bags.
- Suggested angle: Ask Noor if the upcoming store openings shift their initial order timeline or volume requirements for the Cascade Merino Crew and Portage Weekender Duffel.
- Source: Pacific Northwest Retail Gazette article dated September 10.
Saltmarsh General
- Contact: Tess Rook
- Deal: $6,200, quiet since August 20
- Development: Tess Rook shared an update on September 11 announcing a curated autumn home goods showcase in their main shop.
- Why it matters: This reopens a natural entry point after three weeks of silence, specifically around home merchandise.
- Suggested angle: Check in on their autumn display theme and offer quick-turn delivery on Alder Wool Throws and Basalt Enamel Mugs.
- Source: Public business profile update dated September 11.
Other accounts checked
- Kestrel & Finch (Bram Ives, $9,600, discovery done): No significant public press or leadership changes found this week.
No messages were sent and no records were modified in HubSpot.
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected CRM.
- 01
Each Monday, check my target accounts and their key contacts for meaningful developments: funding, acquisitions, leadership changes, launches, earnings, layoffs or hiring surges, and press.
- 02
Scan their industries for shifts that create urgency for what we sell.
- 03
For each signal, give the account, what happened, why it matters for my outreach, and a suggested angle or opening line, with the source.
- 04
Only surface what's worth acting on.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Only check accounts with deals valued above $10,000.
- Include news signals for deals marked closed lost in the last six months.
- Focus news searches on store expansions and buyer leadership changes.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Runs every Monday at 08:00 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Monitors news and surfaces outreach angles for your target accounts. Changes nothing. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your CRM. Connect HubSpot, Attio, or Affinity to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your email and calendar when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set this up?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, find Target account news in the job library, and choose Add. If your CRM is not connected yet, the card prompts you to connect HubSpot, Attio, or Affinity first. It starts on the suggested schedule of every Monday at 8:00 AM, which you can adjust when adding it.
- What does it do on its own versus waiting for me?
- It reviews news and public updates for target accounts and drafts outreach angles in your report. It never sends emails, contacts accounts, edits CRM data, or changes your calendar. You review the proposed angles and decide when to reach out.
- Where do the results arrive?
- Results arrive as a message in your conversation with your assistant, and can also be emailed to you. When no target accounts have meaningful updates, your assistant provides a quick note or stays quiet.
- Which accounts does this automation monitor?
- By default, it monitors companies linked to your active deals in HubSpot. You can ask your assistant in chat to track specific company lists, focus on particular deal stages, or run a one-time check whenever you need it.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
