End-of-day CRM update

Output

Here is your end-of-day wholesale update for Harbor & Pine. Today's interactions have been logged to HubSpot from Google Workspace.

Logged to HubSpot

  • Kestrel & Finch ($9,600 deal): Logged notes from today's 2:00 PM call with Bram Ives. Bram confirmed interest in stocking knitwear and accessories for the holiday season. Next step logged for Cal Brook: send sample kit and wholesale pricing by September 17, 2026.
  • Driftline Supply Co ($18,400 deal): Logged an email exchange with Noor Hale regarding the proposal sent earlier. Next step logged for Cal Brook: check in by phone on September 21, 2026.

Proposed Stage Change for Review

  • Kestrel & Finch: Current stage is discovery done. Bram asked for a formal quote on the call. Proposed stage change: Proposal Sent. I did not change the deal stage in HubSpot.

Unmatched Activity

  • An incoming email from June Moss at Ternlight Outpost was reviewed. Ternlight Outpost has no open deal in HubSpot. I logged the email under June Moss as a contact note without attaching it to a deal.

Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected CRM and email and calendar.

  1. 01

Late each workday, look at today's calls, meetings and emails with prospects and customers.

  2. 02

For each, log a concise activity note and any next step with its owner and date against the right contact and deal in my CRM, deduplicating against what's already there.

  3. 03

Where a conversation clearly moved a deal forward, propose the stage change rather than making it.

  4. 04

Flag anything ambiguous, such as a contact you can't match, instead of guessing, and give me a quick rundown.

Adjust the automation in chat

Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.

  • Only log meetings that last longer than fifteen minutes.
  • Include transcripts from Granola when summarizing calls.
  • Do not propose stage changes for deals under $10,000.

Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.

Adjustable schedule

Runs every weekday at 17:00 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.

Only useful reports

When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.

What it does on its own

Logs activity notes and next steps in your CRM. Proposes stage changes for your review. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.

This automation reads your CRM and email and calendar. Connect HubSpot, Attio, or Affinity for your CRM and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for your email and calendar to Fieldwork. It also uses your meeting notes when connected.

Questions about this automation.

How do I set up this automation?
Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate this automation in the job library, and select Add. If your CRM or Google Workspace account is not linked yet, you can connect them right from the card. It is set to run every weekday at 5:00 PM, but you can pick a different time when adding it.
What does the assistant do on its own versus waiting for me?
The assistant logs concise activity notes and assigned next steps directly to HubSpot or your chosen CRM. It will never update deal stages, send emails, or delete records on its own, so any stage changes remain proposals for you to confirm.
Where do the daily summaries arrive?
Your summary arrives as a message in chat with your assistant, and you can choose to have it emailed to you as well. If there were no calls, meetings, or emails with prospects that day, the assistant stays quiet or posts a quick confirmation.
Can I run this before the end of the day or adjust how it logs notes?
You can ask your assistant in chat to run an update immediately whenever you finish a busy block of calls. To change how notes are formatted or exclude certain accounts, simply tell your assistant what to do differently in chat.

  • No training on your data

Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.

  • Access

Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.

  • Encryption and isolation

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.

  • Continuity

Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
