Hale, two limited partners have had no touchpoints logged in Affinity for over 30 days. Both draft emails are waiting in your Google Workspace drafts folder for review. Nothing has been sent.

Draft to Edith Shore (edith@example.com)
Subject: Checking in and update on Harbor & Pine
Hi Edith,
I hope your late summer is going well. I wanted to reconnect after our July conversation and share a quick note on Harbor & Pine. Maya Calder and the team are seeing strong early fall momentum with their retail line.
I would love to hear how your current allocations are shaping up for the fall. Are you free for a brief catchup call next week?
Best, Hale
Draft to Marcus Fenn (marcus@example.com)
Subject: Catching up
Hi Marcus,
I wanted to check in since we last spoke in mid July. Tidewater Health continues to make solid progress in digital health, and Quillwork Labs just reached their late summer product milestones.
Do you have twenty minutes for a brief call next Thursday morning to catch up on endowment priorities?
Best, Hale
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar and CRM.
- 01
On the first of each month, find the LPs I haven't been in touch with for over 30 days in my CRM.
- 02
For each, pull the context I've logged (interests, where they invest, our last interactions, outstanding commitments) and look up recent news about them and their firm.
- 03
Draft a short, personal note in my voice that opens the door naturally.
- 04
Prioritize by relationship value and how overdue the touch is, and never invent shared history.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Only include limited partners we have not contacted in over 45 days.
- Focus drafts on updates from our consumer portfolio companies.
- Move the run time to the first Monday of each month at 9:00 AM.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Runs on the 1st of every month at 08:00 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Finds quiet LPs and drafts check-ins on its own. Every note waits for you to send. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your email and calendar and CRM. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for your email and calendar and HubSpot, Attio, or Affinity for your CRM to Fieldwork.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set this up?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate LP re-engagement in the library, and select Add. If Affinity and Google Workspace are not connected yet, the card prompts you to link them first. It runs on the first of each month at 8:00 AM, which you can adjust during setup.
- Does it send the emails automatically?
- No, it only finds quiet contacts and prepares drafts in your email drafts folder. It never sends messages, deletes records, or changes your calendar. You review every draft and send it yourself.
- Where do the results arrive?
- Your monthly summary appears directly in your chat with your assistant and can also be sent by email. If every limited partner has recent contact logged, the assistant stays quiet or sends a brief notice that no outreach is needed.
- How does it decide which limited partners need outreach?
- It checks interaction dates logged in Affinity and surfaces any limited partner with no email or meeting activity in the past 30 days. It then reviews past notes and portfolio interests to write relevant drafts.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
