Company goals tracker

Output

Good morning Maya. Here is the status on Harbor & Pine goals ahead of your Monday leadership meeting with Sol Varga. Data was pulled from Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear.

At Risk

  • Wholesale expansion: Open pipeline sits at $34,200 across three active accounts against the $45,000 September target. Saltmarsh General ($6,200) has been quiet since August 20. Cal Brook needs your input on terms for Driftline Supply Co ($18,400) to advance the proposal sent last week.
  • Store manager hiring: Lena Vale finished screening Dara Finch and Leo Marsh. Scheduling final interviews is paused waiting on your calendar availability this week.

On Track

  • Web storefront: Linear shows Ezra Holt and Mira Sand finished four backlog items. Senior ecommerce engineer candidate Ines Calloway is scheduled to meet Ezra.
  • Fall buying plan: In Google Workspace, Lena Vale confirmed orders with Fernwick Packing and Covebend Ceramics. Mossbank Textiles lead time is on today's buying review agenda.

Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 4 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.

  1. 01

Each Monday morning, before my leadership meeting, show me where we stand against our company goals.

  2. 02

Pull the latest status of each goal from wherever it lives (a strategy doc, an OKR tracker, a spreadsheet, or the updates my team sends me) and ask me where a goal is tracked if you can't find it.

  3. 03

For each, show the current number against target, whether it moved since last week and why, the owner, and any blocker or decision waiting on me.

  4. 04

Lead with what's at risk; keep what's on track brief.

Adjust the automation in chat

Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.

  • Only include goals that are marked at risk or behind schedule.
  • Send this summary at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM.
  • Focus only on wholesale revenue and hiring targets.

Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.

Adjustable schedule

Runs every Monday at 07:00 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.

Only useful reports

When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.

What it does on its own

Pulls numbers and compiles your private status report. Shares nothing with anyone else. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.

This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your files, tasks, team chat when connected.

Questions about this automation.

How do I set this up?
Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate Company goals tracker in the job library, and choose Add. If your tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Linear are not linked yet, the setup card prompts you to connect them. The automation starts on the suggested Monday 7:00 AM schedule, which you can adjust during setup.
What does this do on its own versus what requires my action?
The assistant gathers metrics from your connected tools and organizes your private status report on its own. It never posts messages, shares files, or changes deadlines, leaving all follow-up decisions and team communications to you.
Where do the results arrive?
Your status brief appears as a message in chat with your assistant, and you can choose to have it emailed to you as well. If no goal statuses have changed, it gives a short confirmation or stays quiet.
What happens if a goal cannot be found in my files?
The brief highlights any missing metric and asks you in chat where it is tracked. Once you point your assistant to the right strategy doc, spreadsheet, or channel, it monitors that source in later runs.

  • No training on your data

  • Access

Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.

  • Encryption and isolation

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.

  • Continuity

Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
