Pipeline and channel trends
- Web performance: Google Analytics showed top product views concentrated on the Cascade Merino Crew and Alder Wool Throw. Checkout completions improved following the lift in email traffic.
- Wholesale pipeline: HubSpot records Driftline Supply Co ($18,400) in proposal sent and Kestrel & Finch ($9,600) in discovery. Saltmarsh General ($6,200) has had no activity since August 20.
- Missing data: Google Analytics does not track referral sources for wholesale inbound contact forms, so campaign attribution for wholesale leads remains unverified.

Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 5 steps each time it runs, using your connected web analytics.
- 01
Each Monday morning, draft the weekly marketing update I owe leadership.
- 02
Pull the week's performance from what's connected (web analytics and my CRM): leads, pipeline created, conversion rates, top campaigns, and week-over-week changes.
- 03
Find the story: a channel that spiked or dropped, a new segment showing up, themes in what leads ask about.
- 04
Write it as I'd send it: headline takeaways, then the numbers, then what changed and what it means.
- 05
Say what data was missing rather than papering over it.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Break out revenue by product category in the draft.
- Include wholesale lead inquiries from the contact form.
- Focus the headline takeaways on email campaign performance.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Runs every Monday at 07:30 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Pulls the numbers and drafts the leadership update. It waits for you to send. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your web analytics. Connect Google Analytics to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your CRM, files, email and calendar when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set this up?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate Weekly marketing report in the library, and select Add. If Google Analytics or your CRM is not connected yet, the card prompts you to connect it first. It starts on the suggested Monday 7:30 AM schedule, which you can edit when adding it.
- What does it do on its own, and what waits for me?
- It gathers metrics from Google Analytics and your CRM, analyzes channel trends, and creates an email draft in your Google Workspace drafts folder. It never sends the email or shares numbers with your team on its own, leaving final review and sending to you.
- Where do the results arrive?
- The summary arrives as a message in your conversation with your assistant, and Fieldwork can email it to you as well. If there are no new numbers to report, your assistant notes that briefly or stays quiet.
- Can I run this report before my scheduled Monday time?
- Yes, you can ask your assistant in chat to run the update on demand whenever you need fresh numbers before a meeting. You can also ask your assistant in chat to adjust the weekly timing permanently.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
