Draft waiting in drafts
Subject: Re: Harbor & Pine wholesale opening order
Hi Bram,
Thanks for following up. Our opening wholesale order minimum is $2,500, so your planned $9,600 order qualifies without any issue. We hold inventory for the Cascade Merino Crew at our Portland facility ready for delivery.
Let us jump on a brief call early next week to review delivery dates and lock in the details. Would either of these times work for you?

If another time suits your schedule better, let me know.
Best, Cal
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 3 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 01
When a prospect replies to one of my outbound emails, or an inbound demo request arrives, read the thread and what we know about the person and company.
- 02
Draft a reply in my voice that answers what they asked and moves toward a booked call, offering times if a meeting makes sense.
- 03
Match my tone from past sent mail: short, direct and friendly, no corporate filler.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Only draft replies for deals valued over $5,000 in HubSpot.
- Offer meeting slots only on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
- Do not offer call times if the prospect did not ask for a meeting.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
What starts this automation
Runs as new mail arrives in your inbox. It reads the mailbox you choose when you add it.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Drafts replies into your email drafts folder. Leaves every message for you to send. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your CRM when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set up prospect replies?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate this automation in the job library, and choose Add. If your email, calendar, or CRM such as HubSpot are not connected yet, the card prompts you to link them first.
- Does the assistant send the email reply directly to the prospect?
- No, it never sends messages, replies to prospects, or alters your calendar. The reply is placed directly into your drafts folder so you can review and send it yourself.
- Where do draft notifications arrive?
- Results arrive as a message in your conversation with your assistant and can also be sent to your email. When an incoming message does not need a response, the assistant stays quiet.
- How does it select meeting times to propose in drafts?
- It reads your connected calendar in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, identifies open slots during standard hours, and offers two or three open times in the draft body.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
