Daily priorities
Output
Good morning Pia. Here are the top priorities for Harbor & Pine today, drawn from Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear.
1. Monday leadership meeting at 9:00 AM Sol Varga leads the weekly leadership review. Sol updated the Q4 goals document earlier this morning in Google Drive. Maya needs five minutes before 9:00 AM to review the agenda items, specifically the hiring updates from Juno Pell.
2. Store manager interviews with Lena Vale Juno Pell noted in Slack that interview slots for the Portland store manager role need confirmation today. Candidates Dara Finch and Leo Marsh have submitted their availability for Lena Vale. No calendar invites have gone out yet.
3. Monday buying review at 11:00 AM Lena Vale and Maya Calder meet for the recurring buying review. The agenda focuses on the Fall buying plan. Lena posted a note in #buying asking for confirmation on whether the Alder Wool Throw numbers are ready to review.
4. Linear issue escalation for Web storefront In Linear, Ezra Holt flagged one open issue on harborpine/storefront regarding checkout discounts. It is assigned to Mira Sand and does not require Maya today, but it is on the radar ahead of peak fall traffic.
Nothing urgent is pending from Hale Morrow or board correspondence in Gmail.
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 3 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 01
Each morning, sweep back over what's happened since the last briefing and forward over what's coming, across email, calendar, team chat and tasks.
- 02
Rank by real stakes, not volume, and give me a tight top handful.
- 03
Leave out anything already dealt with, and don't resurface items I dismissed last time.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Only include priorities that directly involve Maya Calder.
- Add items flagged with high urgency from our Slack channels.
- Move the daily briefing time to 7:00 AM.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
Adjustable schedule
Runs every weekday at 07:30 by default. Pick another time when you add it, or ask in chat for a custom schedule.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Reviews your tools and compiles today's top priorities. Changes nothing and contacts no one. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your team chat, tasks when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set this up?
- Go to the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate Daily priorities in the job library, and click Add. You will be prompted to connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 if you have not done so yet, with options to link Slack and your task board. The briefing starts on its default schedule of every weekday at 7:30 AM, which you can adjust during setup.
- What does the assistant do on its own?
- The assistant reviews your messages, calendar entries, and task queues to rank your highest-priority work. It never sends emails, posts in chat channels, moves meetings, or updates task statuses on its own.
- Where do my priorities arrive?
- Your daily summary is posted as a message in your assistant chat, and it can also be delivered to your inbox. If there are no pressing matters to report on a given morning, the assistant leaves a brief note or remains quiet.
- Can I run this prioritization check during the day?
- Yes, you can ask your assistant in chat at any hour to run an immediate check across your tools. It will review your current email, calendar, and task lists to give you an updated ranking on the spot.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
