Juno, here is the sourcing summary for the Store Manager role at Harbor & Pine in Portland, based on the job description you forwarded.
I created the candidate sourcing spreadsheet in Google Workspace with 24 scored profiles. Lena Vale is set as the hiring manager for this search.
Target companies reviewed include Ternlight Outpost, Brackenfold Goods, Saltmarsh General, and Larkspur Mercantile.
Top ranked candidates

| Leo Marsh | Brackenfold Goods | 88 | Portland, OR |

The initial outreach email for Dara Finch is waiting in drafts in your Google Workspace email for your review:
Subject: Store Manager role at Harbor & Pine
Hi Dara,
I came across your retail leadership work at Ternlight Outpost and wanted to connect. Harbor & Pine is hiring a Store Manager to run our Portland shop, partnering directly with Lena Vale on retail operations and team growth. Given your background in retail floor leadership, I would love to share more about the role and see if this aligns with what you want next.
Best, Juno
The remaining candidate profiles and their individual draft messages are saved in the new spreadsheet.
Automation steps. Your assistant follows these 5 steps each time it runs, using your connected email and calendar.
- 01
When I forward a role and its job description, read it closely: the outcomes it owns, must-haves against nice-to-haves, hard filters, and the backgrounds that would excel, in order.
- 02
Show me a sourcing plan: exact and adjacent titles, ten to twenty target companies, and a location filter.
- 03
Find twenty to fifty real people who match, from the web, with name, profile link, location, company and title, and never include anyone you didn't find.
- 04
Score each for fit and spread the scores so the list ranks.
- 05
Draft a short, personal outreach note for each in my voice, and put everything in a spreadsheet sorted by score.
Adjust the automation in chat
Tell your assistant what to do differently and it sets up that version for you.
- Only source candidates who have at least three years of store management experience.
- Filter out profiles that are not currently based in the Portland area.
- Include specific talking points about our wholesale growth in each outreach draft.
Results arrive as a message from your assistant. Each run posts to your conversation with your assistant, and can email you too. The automation keeps a log in your knowledge base and reads it before each run to see what has changed.
What starts this automation
Runs when you email its address. It has its own email address, shown in Fieldwork: email or forward messages to it. You can adjust the sender, subject, and attachment filters when you add it.
Only useful reports
When nothing needs attention, the run says so in a line or stays quiet. When there are findings, you get them with a link to the full run.
What it does on its own
Builds the spreadsheet and drafts outreach on its own. Every outreach note waits for you to send. An automated run has no tool that sends, posts, shares, or deletes anything.
This automation reads your email and calendar. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to Fieldwork. The automation uses whichever you connect. It also uses your files when connected.

Questions about this automation.
- How do I set up this automation?
- Open your assistant on the Agents page in Fieldwork, locate Candidate sourcing in the job library, and choose Add. If your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account is not connected yet, the card offers to connect it first.
- Does the assistant send the candidate outreach on its own?
- No, it never sends messages, contacts candidates, or shares files on its own. It builds the candidate list and writes the outreach notes directly into your drafts folder for you to review and send.
- Where do the candidate sourcing results arrive?
- Your assistant sends a summary message inside your Fieldwork conversation, and can email it to you as well. The complete ranked spreadsheet and your draft outreach notes will be ready in your connected Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.
- What should I include when forwarding the job description?
- Forward the email with the role title and full job requirements in the body or attachment. You can add notes about priority target companies, location requirements, or specific background traits you want weighed higher.

No training on your data
Neither we nor our model providers train on your data. Inference runs with zero retention wherever the provider supports it.
Access
Agents only see what the person asking can see. Conversations, files, apps and connections stay private until shared, and admins have no way into conversations.
Encryption and isolation
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each user's code runs in its own microVM, and secrets reach models by name only.
Continuity
Continuous backups, replicated to a second region. Data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days of a contract's end.
